Solidarity Bahrain said today it would acquire Bahrain National Insurance (BNI) and Bahrain National Life Assurance (BNL) from Bahrain National Holding Company (BNH) for BD75 million in cash.
The deal is subject to regulatory approvals, including from the Central Bank of Bahrain .
